Ramel is a native New Yorker and has continuously pursued his passion to help others actualize their optimal selves. In 2010, after three years as a pharmaceutical sales representative, he decided to become a personal trainer and help others prioritize their health and fitness to avoid the excessive use of medications as the first line treatment.
From the wrestling mat to the dance stage, Ramel has always expressed a wide vocabulary of movement. He is a versatile coach with experience in numerous training modalities including, Body Weight Training (Suspension Training with TRx, Animal Flow L1), 3-D Loaded Movement Training (Kettlebells, Former Vipr Master Instructor with Equinox Tier X), and Strength Training (Barbell, Dumbbells, Olympic StyleLifts).
Ramel subscribes to the ideology that you have to train on the perimeter of your comfort zone in order to achieve growth in all pillars of life. His coaching style applies habit change management, designed to help clients navigate their ability to effectively engage and disengage in the areas of movement, nutrition, and recovery.
